Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role
- English level B2 or higher (French is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Preferred Skills
- Strong business and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership and change management capabilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, and people-focused mindset

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Coordinate performance management and reward systems
- Drive leadership development and organizational change initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies (global and local)
- Manage the HR budget and monitor key HR KPIs
- Improve HR processes and implement digital and AI-based tools
- Support managers with strategic HR guidance
