We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join a dynamic multinational manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, talent development, and operational excellence across the site.
Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Drive talent management processes, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on key HR initiatives (Comp & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D)
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
