The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

- Coordination and organisation of recruitment, participation in selection processes
- Onboarding processes, integrating new employees into the organisation
- Performing tasks related to the creation and termination of employment, administration
- Preparation of employment contracts, job descriptions and amendments
- Active participation in the preparation and updating of HR policies and instructions
- Keeping up to date the employee related data
- Preparation of statistics and data reports
- Documentation and record-keeping of training, training courses and further training
- Coordination of tasks related to medical examinations, liaising with the service provider
- Organisation and administration of fire and safety training courses, liaison with external service providers
- Participation in the operation and administration of the performance evaluation system
- Initiating HR procurements and documenting them
Other tasks:
- Collect and record data (working hours, performance, leave, etc.)
- Keep relevant records on employee attendance, leave and overtime
- Preparing and submitting payroll and other benefits invoices to payroll, taking into account the amount of advances, judicial garnishment, compensation, sick leave, overtime, bonuses or premiums
- Checking payroll related documents
- Checking timesheets, reconciliation of payroll discrepancies
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Monitor changes in legislation on employment, payroll, taxation and social security
- Liaising with the external payroll service, forwarding the necessary data
- Ensure local operational tasks, liaising with the HR department in Vienna
