HR Admin with French

• English Language: B2
• French Language: B2
• Good MS Office Knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• One year relevant experience in HR admin or equivalent field
• Good attention to details & analytical skills
• Good planning & organizing skills

• Delivers on Time in Full in the HR systems the end to end HR activities in the scope: from onboarding to exit with focus on nonstandard, complex requests.
• Manages the audit requests by providing required evidence in a timely manner.
• Handles internal systems requests (ServiceNow, People Central, phone calls etc.), performing transactions accurately and in due time according to the agreed Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators.
• Owns the integrity and accuracy of the HR Systems Data for the clusters / regions supported. Performs data reporting and controls in order to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Supports team’s coordinator in TL in allocating workload as per the lever of expertise within the team.
• Supports continuous improvement with focus on improving existing processes
