This job is for you if you have:
Native level/fluency in German or at least B2 both verbal and written;
Proven technical skills with highest attention to detail;
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written);
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent;
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills.
Available to work Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00 (work from home)
Good IT Technical skills: knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, IT networks, server maintenance, etc
Acustomed with handling inbound calls and emails
Previous experience in IT helpdesk/troubleshooting
