Descrierea jobului

  • Ofera informatii si acorda suport live prin telefon si e-mail, persoanelor din US care completeaza sondaje de opinie online. O parte dintre subiectele abordate sunt de natura tehnica, in legatura cu dispozitive de tipul laptop, router, smartphone etc, respectand normele puse la dispozitie de catre supervizor
  • Apeleaza clientii pentru a le oferi suport in inregistrarea contului pe platformele online si utilizarea anumitor dispozitive
  • Mentine legatura cu clientii pe parcursul derularii studiilor de piata la care acestia participa
  • Utilizeaza un mod de adresare concis si politicos, respectand punctul de vedere al fiecarui interlocutor
  • Introduce, validează şi prelucrează date respectând normele stabilite
  • Efectueaza controlul datelor in scopul identificarii si corectarii erorilor
