Candidatul Ideal

Has a basic knowledge of:
- VMware VSphere
- MS ISA server
- MS Ac ve Directory
- Cisco networking
Descrierea jobului
- Supports hardware and software plaforms
- Provides user management support
- Analyses and resolves hardware and software related problems
- Maintain workstation patching and ensure the required patching level
- Keeps close contact with Service Desk Center
- Manages the desk, sets up and patches PC’s and phones
- Provides people with PC’s set up according to company requirement and in the most efficient way
- Follows standards and procedures regarding use and maintenance of PC ’s including software and peripheral equipment
- Creates according to agreements between IT and Operations standard installations for specific groups of users
- Participates in the implementation of new (standard or developed) software.
Legal Software:
- Tracks all software licenses used in the call center and control that all computers are using legal copies of software
- Verifies that no software is installed without proper licenses on PC’s
- Keeps continuous contact with task owner and gives feedback about status to user/client
- Consults IT Team Leader
- Keeps record of resources, planned and ongoing projects
- Tracks and reviews ComITTS SLAs
- Resolves user so ware and hardware problems efficiently and effectively
- Monitors, tracks and analyses ComITTS helpdesk statistics
- Sets up and maintains the inventory of IT related assets
