Health & Safety Expert

• Degree in Engineering,

• Health & Safety certifications,
• Fire prevention and settlement certification,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience on a similar position in industrial environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
• Knowledge of key H&S legislation and its application in practical terms,
• Structured, self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of H&S,
• Result oriented individual who is comfortable dealing with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure that we develop and are fully compliant with all ISO 45001 requirements,
• Responsible for implementation of professional risk assessment process,
• Assist in all investigations and review risk assessments as necessary,
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams, and to understand and support their requirements in relation to H&S matters,
• Draft and submit to the authorities the work accident files,
• Ensuring all accidents, incidents and near misses are resolved in a timely manner,
• Lead H&S meetings throughout the business on a regular basis, ensuring feedback is given on any issues to the Plant Manager in a timely manner,
• Work with other CEE H&S experts in driving H&S improvements and initiatives
• Drive and embed robust preventative corrective actions in response to any H&S issues,
• Advise on all other aspects of H&S including (but not limited to) fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational health,
• Take care emergency procedures including the evacuation and fire precaution procedures,
• Keep the integration and periodical H&S trainings.
