Mandatory Skills Description:
Proven knowledge in Health&Safety and Emergency Situations - minimum 2 years experience in both fields.

Fundamentals Of Health, Safety and Emergency Situations - Detailed understanding of general industry standards and the requirements of the more frequently referenced standards.
Risk Management - Health, Safety and Emergency Situations management principles and system safety engineering techniques. This includes the elements of risk identification and management and an understanding of the function of hazard analysis in system requirements definition, preliminary and detailed design, test, operations, and maintenance activities.
Occupational Health & Safety Management System - providing a framework for managing OHS responsibilities so they become more efficient and more integrated into overall business operations.
Incident Investigation - The method of reporting the occurrence of an occupational injury/illness, near hit, or property damage. Incident investigations determine how and why these failures occur. Employees should be able to perform a thorough, effective incident investigation including root cause analysis, 5-why analysis and development of effective corrective actions.
Engagement - Effectively expresses messages and ideas in a clear, organized and relevant manner for a variety of audiences. Develops organized, complete, and convincing communications. Conveys thoughts and ideas regarding a topic concisely and clearly. Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organization.
Representation - Experience in managing relationships with the authorities (Labour Inspectorate, Emergency Situations Inspectorate etc.)

Mandatory:

• Health&Safety Inspector Course - minimum 80 hours
• Civil Protection Inspector Course
• Fire Prevention Course
• 2 years experience in Health, Safety and Emergency Situations
• Fluent English - written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills - confident with senior level management.

• Risk assessor Postgraduate course (180 hours)
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field.

Health, Safety and Emergency Situations team, responsible with implementing and maintaining safe workplaces for all Luxoft Romania employees. In charge with legal documentation, related procedures, trainings and reports and in constant contact with the employees and the management team.
Responsibilities:
• To organize and manage the activity of the Health&Safety Committee;
• Keeping up-to-date with the Health, Safety and Emergency Situations legislation;
• Writing legal documents and addressing the local authorities when needed;
• Providing Health, Safety and Emergency Situations trainings to employees;
• In charge with managing safe workplaces for the risk-sensitive groups (Pregnant women, women in confinement after birth etc.);
• Constant reporting to middle and high management within the company;
• Organization and training of the first-aid, fire prevention and emergency situations teams located in all Luxoft premises;
• Keeping track of the compliance of the fire extinguishers, the hydrants, the complex extinguishing systems and the first-aid kits;
• Keeping to date the evacuation plans for all Luxoft premises;
• Participation and management of the periodical fire drills (timetrack, reporting etc.);
• To provide consultancy in the project stage of fit-out options, respecting the legal requirements;
• To ellaborate the annual training programs for both Health&Safety and Emergency Situations;
• To ellaborate Health, Safety and Emergency Situations instructions for all the activities and the equipments within the Company;
• To propose health and safety clauses for all commercial contracts with providers and clients;
• To propose and establish Health, Safety and Emergency Situations responsabilities for all the employees.
• Other Health, Safety and Emergency Situations responsabilities mandatory by local legislation.
