This role sits within the Global Procurement organization and focuses on Contract Remediation activities aligned with regulatory frameworks such as DORA, EBA, and Resolution requirements.
The team is responsible for managing remediation programs, ensuring contractual compliance, and strengthening governance across vendor agreements.
The position plays a key role in establishing and leading the contract remediation capability, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, risk management standards, and internal policies. It is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone comfortable operating in a global, stakeholder-heavy environment and driving governance and operational impact.
Lead and manage a team of contract remediation specialists, including paralegals, project management, and operational roles;
Drive planning and execution of contract remediation activities in line with regulatory requirements and programme timelines;
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including executive reporting and stakeholder communication mechanisms;
Identify contractual risks and regulatory gaps, proposing and implementing mitigation solutions;
Support negotiation of contractual terms, ensuring alignment with internal policies and risk frameworks;
Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimisation, and use of tools such as Power Apps, Copilot, and AI-driven analytics;
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and control functions to ensure effective collaboration;
Contribute to a high-performance team culture, supporting development, engagement, and performance management.
