Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of development processes, permitting procedures, construction practices, and project financing.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Fluent Romanian/English (written and spoken);

Job Description
- Management of entrusted development projects;
- Cooperation with the architect at the stage of concept, design for a building permit, execution design and construction works;
- Cooperation with administrative offices in the process of obtaining administrative decisions at all stages of the investment process;
- Organizing the work of teams, coordinating and ensuring the proper conduct of the activities of internal and external contractors (ex: clients, designers, architects, consultants, contractors, supervision inspectors, administration, customer specialist, etc.) and, if necessary, mobilization of other collaborators;
- Monitoring the project implementation process based on the schedule and budget;
- Ongoing control of the project budget. Control of spending funds in accordance with the budget;
- Ongoing control of the progress of works in order to maintain the compliance of the project with the agreed goals;
- Preparation and negotiation of contracts and orders for individual contractors (design offices, research offices, etc.),
- Manage the process of ensuring timely delivery from external city networks, including handling documentation, contract preparation, and coordinating with contractors for design execution and construction.
- Participating in consultations and selecting contractors and ensuring the proper course of the process,
- Negotiating and maintaining relationships with owners of neighboring properties,
- Preparation of the investment for sale (coordination of the preparation of sales materials, draft development agreement, launching a sales office, etc.),
- Controlling the product sales process - defining and updating the commercialization strategy with the Sales and
- Marketing department, coordinating the flow of information with all departments involved, coordinating updating sales documents,
- Handing over the premises / buildings to clients,
- Performing any other tasks related to the projects entrusted by the Management Board or a supervising person,
- Reporting to the supervisory person and the Management Board of the Company,
- Project documentation management,
- Preparation and distribution of periodical and ad-hoc reports regarding entrusted projects development, status and risks.
