We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Contact Center Associate Backoffice, specializing in the German language. As a Contact Center Associate Backoffice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking clients.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal).

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
