Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- 3-5 years of experience in front desk, banking, or client-facing roles in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium services;
- Polished, professional appearance and impeccable personal grooming standards;
- Exceptional communication skills in Romanian and medium-level English;
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems;
- Discretion and trust in handling confidential information and high-value assets;
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to remain composed and gracious under pressure.

- Greet distinguished visitors with warmth, ensuring a premium experience while managing refreshment services and showroom atmosphere;
- Handle all inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with promptness, while maintaining an organized calendar for client consultations;
- Manage invoices (issue, receive, register) and maintain close contact with third-party providers such as lawyers and accountants;
- Provide preliminary information on luxury offerings, assist with payment processing (including traditional and digital currencies), and coordinate delivery or authentication logistics;
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards, manage visitor logs, and adhere to security protocols for high-value inventory access;
- Assist with sales and consignment agreements, maintain comprehensive client records, and support the team with reporting and data entry;
- Capture client feedback to support marketing initiatives and assist with social media engagement materials as instructed by management.

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:30 -18:30; Saturday: 10:30 - 13:30.
