Qualifications:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills and communication professional etiquette.
Ability to react and perform well under tight deadlines.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Average level of excel (filters, pivots, basic formulas)
Numbers and figures oriented.

This position is responsible for quoting customers and agents in a timely and accurate manner, for communicating and establishing excellent relationships with sea freight carriers, agents, and colleagues to ensure the best possible and most competitive rates, whilst providing with operational excellence, high productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Status: Full-time, on-site daily presence; hybrid way of working possible under certain conditions and terms, but only after full independent handling of work and integration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, agents, sales & business support representatives, and all involved colleagues.
Collect relevant feedback related to provided quotations and adjusting future approach and offers accordingly.
Actively involved in development and maintenance of customer portfolio.
