As a FP&A Lead will play a key role within FP&A team to support management of large financial data sets, ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︈︃group level consolidation, wing-to-wing process improvement, monthly closing and reporting, analytics and business planning cycles across EMEA, in a past faced business environment!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Provide financial support in planning, organizing and consolidating site inputs that will include budgets, monthly reporting and site analytics to compile harmonized financial data packs with strong internal controls to ensure data integrity and analytical insights.
* Support development, implementation and effectiveness of business planning processes
(i.e. Weekly/Monthly Outlooks, Financial Closing/Reporting, Budget Planning), and seek opportunities to lead initiatives in collaboration with other Finance teams, Sales, Operations, etc.
* Support and facilitate operational engagement and finance initiatives to improve processes, reporting, internal controls and analytics.
* Participate in building strong FP&A rigor to deliver timely, accurate and improved group level reporting/analytics.
* Support business wide working capital reporting, including receivables, payables and inventory by building and tracking KPIs at group level.
* Serve as a liaison to site finance teams and achieve regional and global deliverables in a timely manner.
* Develop productive and professional relationships at all levels of the organization to influence positive attitude and collaboration.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* English language advance
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
* Around 8 years of Finance experience, preferably in financial consolidation and reporting at a multinational company
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Ability to work in a global and culturally diverse environment
* Works well with ambiguity and in matrix environment.
* Strong Microsoft Excel, database management and organizational skills
* Ability to handle large volumes of data-sets. Must be highly organized
* Experience with SAP or Oracle and Hyperion/HFM
