Candidatul Ideal
- 3+ years of experience in controlling, finance or financial analysis;
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience with local GAAP;
- English at B2 level or higher (daily working language);
- German language skills ( strong conversational level);
- Experience with or exposure to CEE markets is an advantage;
- Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking and growing independenceUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.

- Full responsibility for financial reporting for Austria, Hungary and Romania;
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements;
- Active participation in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis;
- Supporting process improvements and internal controls;
- Delivering financial insights that support management decision-making;
- Close cooperation with sales teams, local management and external auditors.
