About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Controller to join our Controlling team. You will work closely with the Senior Controller, supporting day-to-day controlling operations while building your analytical skills and growing towards independent financial analysis. What We Are Looking For Must-have skills & qualities:
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, sumifs, xlookup, data management etc);
Strong attention to detail - accuracy matters in everything you do;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively;
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally;
Adaptability - you adjust quickly to new tools, processes, and challenges;
Logical mindset - you don’t stop at the surface, you look for the “why” behind the numbers;
Proactive attitude and initiative - you don’t wait to be told what’s next;
Reliable, positive, and collaborative approach towards colleagues and issues.
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP systems (Pluriva or similar);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Job Description
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Maintain and update financial databases (Excel-based and internal systems);
Checking correct allocation of revenues and expenses on P&L items, in collaboration with Operational and Accounting Departments;
Supporting monthly accruals management for closing, in line with company procedures and deadlines;
Uploading monthly results into the corporate consolidation environment;
Preparing variance analyses comparing actuals with previous month;
Assisting in the preparation of the Monthly Business Review presentation;
Supporting ad-hoc reports and presentations as requested by the Management team;
Assisting in the yearly operational budget process and periodic revisions;
Communicating effectively with Operational, Sales, and Accounting departments to resolve discrepancies;
Getting involved in the evolution and improvement of IT and ERP systems in use.
