- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within logistics, commercial trade, or technical-industrial sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking.
- Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of costs across the entire value chain: procurement, international logistics, assembly services, and sales.
- Monitor financial performance and propose corrective actions to optimize cash flow and improve profitability.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on precision, relevance, and alignment with operational goals.
- Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Service, and Sales departments.
- Evaluate commercial margins and support operational teams with data-driven financial insights.
- Develop and manage performance-based incentive schemes in close coordination with HR and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Provide financial support for purchasing and service-related decisions through relevant and timely reporting.
