Financial Advisory (M&A Support)

• Background: University degree with at least 3 years of experience in Audit, Financial Reporting, or Controlling.
• Specialization: Previous exposure to Due Diligence projects or valuations is a major advantage.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (Local & International) and proficiency in Excel.
• Qualifications: ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is highly preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong business acumen, curiosity about how different industries function, and excellent writing skills.

• Financial Investigation: Analyze historical financial data, cash flows, net debt, and working capital to understand key business drivers.
• Strategic Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, highlighting risks and opportunities within a transaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with legal, tax, and banking advisors to ensure a synchronized approach to project delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead small workstreams and provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Business Support: Assist in the development of technical proposals and research for potential new projects.
