We are looking for an Finance and Operations Manager to oversee our organization’s day-to-day financial and administrative operations and procedures.

This position is responsible for managing all financial functions for the organization and works closely with other executives to generate and track budgets both for internal purposes and outside funders. In addition, the Finance and Operations Manager performs administrative (and others as assigned) duties, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the company.

* Analyze and organize office operations and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity;
* Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements, including statement of activities, fund balance, and sources/uses of funds;
* Facilitate the annual budget process;
* Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures;
* Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
* Analyze and organize office operations and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity;
* Oversee daily operations of the company and work closely with executives (IT, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service, Accounting, etc.);
* Identify and build team leads from the current line staff and recruit leadership line staff who have the potential to be grown into team leads and managers;
* Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
* Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
* Write and submit reports in all matters of importance;
* Participate in expansion activities (investments, partnerships, alliances etc.);
* Maintain relevant functional expertise while being prepared for growth and the constant evolution of the ecommerce industry.


* Solid grounding in Finance and total knowledge of areas like P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgets and forecast;
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills;
* Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
* Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office;
* Proven organizational and analytical abilities;
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills;
* Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
* Experience in obtaining European Grants or other funds will be a plus.
