Finance Manager

The Finance Planning & Analysis Manager role is a key role suited for a highly motivated and hard-working professional. You will play an integral role in all Finance activities for one of our key strategic site. You will be a key member of Finance team and will closely collaborate with Finance Director, Site Controller, Cost Accounting and Global Financial Services (GFS) team to manage all aspects of Financial Reporting & Planning processes, delivering reliable and timely financial month-end and quarter-end close, provide profit analysis. The role will manage and develop a team of direct reports, with dotted line responsibility to guide and develop other finance resources.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Income Statement – Planning, Reporting, Analytics
* Support financial planning, organizing and consolidating all aspects of budgeting, reporting and business analytics. 
* Proactively seek opportunities to enhance, implement and drive effectiveness of business planning processes (i.e. Accurate Weekly/Monthly Outlooks, Financial Reporting, Budget Planning). 
* Contribute to ensuring timely deliverables in collaboration with broader finance team, Sales, Operations, etc.
* Build processes that are simple, adaptable and flexible to manage financial reporting and analytics in a dynamic business environment. 

Accounting and Reporting – Finance Operations
* Collaborate with site Controller and Financial Center to ensure financial data quality, accurate transaction processing, reliable and timely financial close process, reporting and analytics 
* Collaborate cross functionally to ensure effective and efficient internal controls

Audits
* Support internal audits in collaboration with broader finance team members
* Support statutory audits in close partnership with Site Controller, Stat/Tax support team and GFS 

Strategic Support
* Ad Hoc Pivotal initiatives
* Provide analytical insights to operations, senior management and other partners, as required

You have an insightful understand of financial matters, demonstrating a mastery of both theoretical concepts and practical applications in the world of finance. 

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
* 10 years of broad Finance experience in multination firms
* Process oriented and strong data leadership skills
* Ability to work in a global environment and assess/respect cultural differences
* Works well with ambiguity and in matrix environment
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion/HFM is an advantage 
* Highly motivated, keen to learn and grow

* Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
* Established analytical and reporting ability
