What you’ll do:
As a Field Force Specialist, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, connecting with local installers, expanding community reach, and ensuring the right message about our client's products and promotions gets across. You’ll help drive innovation and sustainability by building strong relationships and supporting the installer ecosystem.
Your day-to-day will include:
Mapping and connecting with local installers, helping grow and engage a vibrant community.
Conducting regular on-site visits and organizing workshops or meetups.
Promoting the brand’s value through brochures, guides, and in-person communication.
Sharing feedback from the field and helping refine strategies and solutions.
Attending regular product and sales trainings to stay sharp and informed.
Ensuring full compliance with internal guidelines and KPIs.
We think you'll thrive if you have:
Experience in sales, field operations, or ecosystem development (especially in energy, electrical installations or renewable sectors).
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A proactive, self-driven mindset and ability to manage a portfolio of 30-100 partners.
Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (travel is key in this role).
