Role Overview
As a Planogram Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and strategically optimized planograms across the store network. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer experience, maximizing shelf productivity, and maintaining the brand’s premium image across all formats.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail, FMCG, or the beauty industry.
- Proficiency with planogram software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and visual merchandising best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Design, update, and optimize planograms according to brand guidelines, commercial strategy, and store layouts.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Category Management teams to align planograms with product launches, promotional activities, and strategic goals.
- Adapt planograms to reflect local cluster needs, seasonal trends, and beauty product categories (skincare, fragrance, make-up).
- Ensure planogram compliance with category rules and store format standards.
- Collect and manage product information, including dimensions and packaging.
- Communicate finalized planograms to store format owners and relevant stakeholders.
- Replace or add products in planograms based on updates from Category Management (CATMAN) or identified changes.
- Proactively flag outdated or low-performing SKUs to the CATMAN team.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports on planogram updates and performance.
- Analyze sales data to improve shelf productivity and propose layout optimizations.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and concept implementations with tailored planograms.
- Create training materials and provide clear guidelines for in-store implementation.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure consistent execution and track KPIs.
