Professional Skills:

Summary
Building strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers is the cornerstone of our company. To support this, the Fertilizers Manager will lead a relationship-first sales approach and deliver a strong sales strategy and responsive customer support. It is important that this position manages a flourishing customer relationship and facilitates a sales process that is simple, memorable and connects the customer to technical resources when needed.

Purpose:
The main objective of this role is to develop a customer portfolio and to expand the business of SOCAR Petroleum Romania, in Fertilizers.
The company expects from the future Fertilizers Manager, leadership expertise, high integrity and ethical behavior, commitment on long term and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding SOCAR’s business model in depth and determining the best way to successfully adapt it to and implement it in the Romanian fertilizer’s market.
  • Have a good understanding of fertilizer, wholesale to retail distribution business dealings.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of competitive and industry trends in the territory to facilitate the best planning and execution of sales tactics for profitable growth.
  • Monitoring the marketplace (customer, competitor, end consumer) demands, issues, and opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Creating, proposing, and reporting new business in the respected areas.
  • Develop a clear understanding of products and competitive advantages to assist our customers in understanding the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships being in tune with customers’ needs and opportunities.
  • Be the first point of contact for any customer support opportunities and work with the company to quickly address and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate pricing and applicable sales support programs to manage/facilitate orders for customers. Manage the completion of contracts and reservation forms when needed.
  • Plan for and participate in key trade shows and conferences in the territory; Occasionally participate in trade shows in other countries as requested.
  • Other responsibilities may be communicated from time to time.

SOCAR este o companie renumita la nivel mondial pentru activitatea sa de productie de petrol si gaze naturale, detinuta de statul Azerbaijan (The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic ). Este o companie petroliera de stat ce investeste anual miliarde de dolari in infrastructura de transport. De asemenea, SOCAR este angrenata in plan european in proiecte cheie, menite sa creasca securitatea energetica a Europei, prin diversificarea resurselor de gaze naturale.

Incepand cu anul 2011, compania a intrat pe piata din Romania prin SOCAR Petroleum SA, prin crearea si consolidarea unei retele nationale de benzinarii, devenind astfel unul dintre cei mai importanti jucatori de pe piata distributiei de carburanti din tara noastra. In prezent, compania detine o retea de 63 de statii de distributie carburanti in 25 judete: Arad, Arges, Bacau, Bihor, Bistrita-Nasaud, Botosani, Brasov, Braila, Bucuresti, Buzau, Cluj, Dambovita, Dolj, Gorj, Hunedoara, Ialomita, Iasi, Ilfov, Neamt, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Timis, Valcea si Vrancea, fiind unul dintre cei mai importanti jucatori pe piata distributiei de carburanti din nord-estul tarii.

Benzinariile SOCAR comercializeaza carburanti care respecta toate normele europene in domeniu, misiunea companiei fiind de a fi aproape de toti cei care doresc sa isi alimenteze in siguranta autovehiculele. Pe langa spatii de alimentare carburant, incarcare electrica si spalatorii auto, benzinariile SOCAR detin si un spatiu dedicat comercializarii de produse alimentare (produsele vedeta fiind cele traditionale din Azerbaijan – cafea la nisip si suc de rodie), produse proaspete de patiserie si fast food, accesorii pentru masina, roviniete, plata facturi, reincarcari, si multe altele.

Pentru ca oamenii sunt cea mai valoroasa resursa si credem ca ei sunt adevaratul motor al companiei SOCAR, pana in prezent, am reusit sa cream in Romania, peste 700 de locuri de munca si nu ne oprim aici.
