Candidatul Ideal
Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel environment (luxury segment preferred)
Strong understanding of food safety standards, service excellence, and financial controls
Proven leadership and team development capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Team Management
Recruit, train, inspire, and develop a high-performing and diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
Guest Experience
Drive a personalized and memorable guest journey by maintaining the highest service standards and responding proactively to guest feedback.
Financial Performance
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization, ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional quality.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols, consistently upholding a luxury hospitality environment.
Menu Innovation
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to design and refresh menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients, local influences, and current culinary trends.
Events & Banqueting
Support the planning and flawless execution of events, conferences, and private functions, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
