Oversee expansion projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, partners, and contractors to facilitate the expansion process.
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential sites for new stores. Evaluate each location's feasibility, cost, and benefits.
Actively search for suitable spaces and negotiate with property owners for the opening of new stores. Secure favorable terms and conditions for lease or purchase.
Ensure that all expansion activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Remain informed about legislative changes affecting expansion plans.
Keep detailed records of expansion activities and regularly update management on progress.
Address challenges in the expansion process promptly and efficiently, providing practical solutions.

Degree from a recognized university, ideally in Business, Economics, or related fields.
Proven experience in market expansion with specific knowledge of the Bucharest market dynamics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships.
Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
