We are in immediate need of an Executive Assistant to our Country Manager in Romania, who will:
• Act as first point of contact between the CEO and others – internal and external.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide clerical and administrative support, including organizing the CEO’s calendar, answering phone calls and replying to correspondence, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements etc., to ensure optimal time management.
• Successfully handle documents, letters, internal notes and other materials from or for the CEO.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO – if/when case.
You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling and maintaining highly sensitive information.
