Executive Assistant to CEO

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Romanian & English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently and diligently with independent judgement.
• Proper understanding of what it means to deal with sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Collected and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Min. 2 years of previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Assistant Manager or similar role.

• Act as first point of contact between the CEO and others – internal and external.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Clerical and administrative support, including organizing the CEO’s calendar, answering phone calls and replying to correspondence, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements etc., to ensure optimal time management.
• Successfully handle documents, letters, internal notes and other materials from or for the CEO.
• Ensures the flow of information from NBR to the CEO and other bank's staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO – if/when case.
