We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Producer to take ownership of the technical and logistical production process.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the full event production cycle, from concept phase to on-site implementation.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, including technical production, sound, lighting, screens, décor, catering, security, and guarding services.
• Coordinate temporary support staff on-site during events.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring they are respected.
• Create production schedules and run of show documents, making sure everything is implemented according to plan.
• Implement signage and promotional materials on-site, both for our own brand and for partners.
• Supervise set-up and dismantling, and quickly solve any issues that may arise during the event.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in event production, preferably corporate events, concerts, or festivals.
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and budget management.
• Knowledge of technical event production, including stage production, AV, and lighting.
• Category B driving license is considered an advantage.
