- Oversee the full entertainment program, including daytime activities, kids’ club, sports, and evening shows
- Lead, train, schedule, and support a team of animators
- Ensure high standards of guest engagement, safety, and service
- Coordinate with hotel management and other departments for smooth operations
- Develop new concepts, themed events, and programs
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the entertainment offering
- Proven experience in hotel entertainment or team leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident on stage and comfortable interacting with guests
- Ability to manage diverse teams and resolve challenges
- English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Creativity, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality
- Availability from April to October 2026
