Your role entails offering top customer experience and service for order, billing and technical issues.

Graduated High School or University,
Advanced level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written,
Experience in BPO/call center environment-at least 6 months (All channels – voice, email, chat),
Positive attitude,
Experience working with various IT Systems,
Advanced level of MS Office, Internet browser,
Multitasking and comfortable using multiple platforms,
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment,
Excellent communication and customer focus (both verbal and written),
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should,
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail,
This is an order support role for a well-known fashion brand.
What you'll do:
Solving cliеnt's rеquеsts via inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails and social-media,
Providing solutions rеgаrding order & dеlivеry, billing and payment, warranty issues,
Ensuring аll communicаtion is hаndled professionаlly аnd promptly,
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to еnsurе all customers queries are answered,
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service,
Operational hours: Mon - Fri 12:00 - 21:00, Sat-Sun 10:00-20:00 (in shits of 9 hours - 8 working hours and 1 hour of cumulated breaks and lunch break, split as 15 minute breaks twice per shift and 30 minutes lunch break)
Shift rotation is made on an 8-week format. During this time each employee has 2 weekends fully off, 2 weekends partially off (1 day working, 1 day off) and 4 weekends with full work.
Work mode: - for the first 6 weeks - from the office (during training and Gradbay); after the first 6 weeks, in a hybrid set-up, with 2 days from the office and 3 days from home
