Review and design employee-related policies, procedures that are in accordance with legal requirements and internal governancesAct as point of contact regarding employee grievances and following necessary steps for proper address
Act in the direction of fostering a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, ownership, and delivery
Maintain constructive relations with employee representatives and foster a proactive conflict prevention environment
Review compensations & benefits systems and manage according to the needs of the business and in line with the requirements
Review market studies and proposes actions plans in line with the company strategy, engagement needs and financial availability
Perform labor-related analyses, consolidating people-metrics and dashboards
Review internal HR processes and systems and proposes optimization
Maintain audit readiness at all times; mitigate findings through robust internal controls
Act as an individual contributor, and connect with the other HR areas and company stakeholders
Act as a back-up for HR Administration and payroll-related processes
Experience & Education
10+ years in human resources area, with a strong track record in employee relations, HR administration, payroll and compensation
Experienced with various HRIS
Background in retail/FMCG, consulting industries
University DegreeTechnical Skills
Solid command Romanian labor legislation
Intermediate & above English language
Good command of ExcelPersonal Profile
Structured thinker, capability to analyze and synthesize information
Operates with full autonomy — identifies problems, proposes solutions, drives execution
