We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist based in Romania to join our international E-Commerce CSEE team.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously optimize the online shop based on trends, product ranges and customer needs
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actions for assortment, content and Customer Journey optimization
• Manage seasonal campaigns, thematic content and product presentation in line with key eCommerce targets
• Create reports, dashboards and automated analyses to support business and management decisions
• Collaborate with local and international teams and actively contribute to the continuous development of the online shop
• Analyse categories, brands and product ranges to identify opportunities and drive traffic, conversion and sales

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in eCommerce, Digital Business or a related field, and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and PIM systems
• Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing
• Good understanding of UX, Customer Journey and customer-centric online shopping
• Very good English skills
• Good German skills are an advantage
• Additional Central and Eastern European language skills are an advantage
• Hands-on mindset and strong communication skills
• Team player with an open personality and a collaborative, cross-functional approach
