E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, 3PL warehousing management and order management;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and cargo operations;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Understanding of warehouse management software;
• The ability to solve problems, organize and plan;
• The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment;
• Ability to communicate clearly with shareholders.

• Minimum University Degree with Licence
• Fluent English (written & verbal)

• Tracking the end-to-end e-fulfillment process of customer orders in coordination with 3PL companies,
• Conducting daily operational review meetings with service providers and related business units. Moderating the meeting by presenting the actual performance, the performance gap, root causes and defining counter measures,
• Preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports and following-up SLAs with service providers,
• Ensuring the execution of the defined operational standards and processes in cargo and courier processes. Carrying out improvement and preventive studies in this respect.
