Henrik Skov Christensen Transport Group SRL is looking for a responsible and independent employer to take care of the planning off drivers on the trucks.
We are based in Cluj-Napoca, but we also have workplaces in Oradea. So if you are from Cluj Napoca or Oradea and with experience in transport , give us an e-mail .

Can you:
-Work independently
-Speak, read & write English/Romanian
-Work many hours - but within current regulations
-Solution oriented

Your work tasks:

-Planning of driver changes on our 45 Romanian trucks
-Maintaining good communication with our drivers
-Planning the return journey by car or by plane
-Book plane tickets for our drivers
-Together with the drivers - make out/in check of our truck when driver change
-Send diesel economy reports to our driver every month
-Have control on all equipment on the trucks
-Be responsible for periodic inspections of the cars and trucks of the company
-Be responsible of the diesel comsumption of the trucks
-Be responsable for the truck damages, and the conditions in which a driver leave/takes a truck
-Make IMI reports for our drivers
-Take care of the medical papers of the drivers, be sure to be up to date
-Be responsible of the weeks the drivers stay at home
