Documentation Controller

As a Documentation Controller you will be responsible for providing support to project managers and customer relations staff and involved in identifying, producing, and/or customizing technical documentation requested by sales agents and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Pressure Management sales by ensuring remarkable and timely support, particularly - but not limited to - project orders.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Managing the flow and control of documented information regarding projects, including supplier and third-party documents;
• Working with project managers and project teams to ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate;
• Producing and gathering documents from relevant departments;
• Checking and drafting documents for clients and relevant customer systems;
• Collaborating across multiple departments in Europe and the rest of the world;
• Supporting various departments, such as Quality and Engineering;
• Compiling final documentation;

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree;
• Fluent in English;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• High levels of accuracy;
• PC proficiency: MS Office, Internet, E-mail, etc.;
• Ability to work in an international environment
