Division Sales Director – Automotive / Electric Mobility

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for the automotive industry and electric mobility, ready to join our team and lead the launch of an innovative electric vehicle brand in the Romanian market.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the local sales strategy to drive revenue growth;
Oversee daily operations and manage the Romanian sales team;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners;
Monitor sales performance, set targets, and report progress to central management;
Play an active role in expanding the brand’s presence and market share in Romania.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management or branch leadership, preferably within the automotive or electric mobility sectors;
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team;
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment;
Previous experience in launching new products or entering new markets is a strong advantage;
Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business acumen and commercial strategy expertise.
