Dispecer transport

Individuals with a minimum of 12 months of operational experience in coordinating routes and 20-ton trucks.
Individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and planning abilities, coordination, and teamwork.
Dynamic, proactive, ambitious individuals eager for continuous development.
Responsible, engaged individuals, detail-oriented, capable of making decisions under stress and with a positive attitude oriented towards finding optimal solutions.
Individuals with knowledge of geography, proficient in computer operation, and speaking at least one foreign language at a minimum intermediate-advanced level for international circulation.

Taking and planning transport orders.
Handling and communicating all information regarding the route (method, loading/unloading schedule, etc.).
Preparation and verification of documentation specific to transportation activities.
Determining the most efficient transport routes.
Providing clients with transportation-related information.
Coordinating contracted transports from the moment goods are received until unloading and resolving all issues that arise during the execution of a transport contract.
Recording completed/planned trips in the computer system.
