• Lead the team to drive total hotel revenue and take responsibility for the achievement of budgeted revenue streams;
• Develop ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂and execute sales & marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan;
• Implement and administrate the Sales and Marketing budget and the establishment of annual individual sales objectives;
• Ensure understanding of the competitive landscape, local and feeder market dynamics, and changing customer needs to ensure property success;
• Ensure that all sales and marketing related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals;
• Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities, as well as C&E related venues as well as the F&B offering of the hotel;
• Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures;
• Ensure department Team Members are continuously trained to learn and understand policies and practices;
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments;
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Sales and Marketing team.
