Join our client Omnichannel Customer Experience (OCE) Regional team to deliver hands-on support for digital projects in Romania. Partner with the OCE Consultant to execute strategies across therapeutic areas, focusing on campaign planning, coordination, and results tracking.

Minimum Experience (2+ years preferred)

• Digital marketing or project coordination in pharma, agencies, or structured companies.
• Good IT skills (e.g., CRM like Veeva/Salesforce/HubSpot, Google Workspace).
• Project management basics.

• Tech-savvy: Ability to leverage AI personalization (chatbots, predictive tools), interactive communities (social groups, forums), dynamic content (quizzes, AR), and custom integrations (APIs/Zapier).
• Digital channels: Webinars (eP2Ps), email/SMS (MASS/VAE), State-of-the-Art (SoA) platforms, plus mobile apps and virtual events for compliant engagement.
• Soft skills: Strong interpersonal, influence without authority, networking, communication (listener/negotiator), multitasking in fast-paced/virtual teams.
• Adaptable to dynamic business environments.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Digital Marketing certification, or related graduate studies preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support OCE strategy: Assist in planning and executing omnichannel initiatives aligned with brand goals.
• Participate in brand team meetings to align on objectives and promote new OCE tools/platforms.
• Execute campaigns: Coordinate digital tactics like email sends, content uploads (emails, videos, graphics), and event setups via company platforms.
• Administer campaign calendar: Log, track, and update all digital activities.
• Manage vendors: Collaborate with agencies for timely, high-quality content meeting accessibility/compliance standards.
• Handle briefs/tasks: Create requests for regional OCE Delivery Team support.
• Track & report: Build tracking plans, gather performance data, and generate reports on campaign outcomes (e.g., via CRM/analytics tools).
