Digital Project Coordinator

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytic and strategic thinking abilities; excellent communication skills; creative and innovative thinking.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, Meta, TikTok,Google Ads.
• Proficient with tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop Suite.
• Knowledge in using email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in digital agency environments, e-commerce, and data-driven marketing strategies is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Passion for technology and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

• Formulate and propose robust digital strategies for each brand, aligning them with overall communication and marketing strategies.
• Lead digital projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between Heinrig and digital marketing agencies. Translate brand team needs into specific digital requests and manage ongoing communications.
• Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including creating compelling email content using marketing automation tools that resonate with our target audience. Monitor their performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
• Utilize email marketing platforms to create engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Develop compelling email content, including copy, visuals, and calls-to-action.
• Continuously research new digital marketing trends and innovations. Identify and pilot cutting-edge digital marketing techniques that align with our strategic goals.
• Manage and coordinate the social media and digital activity calendars for all brands, selecting appropriate media channels and setting priorities.
• KPI and ROI analysis for all digital marketing activities to maximize return on investment.
• Prepare and monitor the budget for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Provide digital marketing training and support to Heinrig employees, enhancing their digital competencies.
