- You have experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.),
- You have the ability to build and lead CR UX, UI strategies.
- You can run experiments (e.g. A/B tests, split URL), analyze KPIs, build reports, and offer advice and proposals.
- You are able to think “like a customer”, use surveys to understand user behavior in order to boost conversions.
- You have a good understanding of the e-commerce business and all entities around it (marketing, commercial, supply, etc).
- You can collaborate with the marketing, commercial, developer team in order to optimize each conversion path and improve the customer journey.
- You have the “nose” to smell patterns and transform them into growth opportunities.
- Be passionate about sports and be a team player.
- Have a strong ability to listen to others: colleagues, teams & customers.
- Have good communication skills: you like sharing and exchanging ideas.
- Be driven by curiosity and continuous learning.
- Have experience in project management: you have led projects before.
- Have good organizational skills & capacity to think and build strategies.
- Have attention to detail, be a critical thinker, and a problem-solver.
- Have good knowledge of both spoken and written English.
As our new CRO specialist, your mission will be to help us improve our customers' digital experience on decathlon.ro. In order to do that, you will have to:

- Build and manage a strategy for the conversion rate on decathlon.ro for a positive ROI;
- Perform audits of websites on different segments (UX, UI) to discover “opportunities” by understanding the customer behavior;
- Perform audits of web analytics implementations to confirm accuracy in tracking and to build a measurement plan. Ensure consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting;
- Work in collaboration with the other leaders in order to obtain all that you need to implement qualitative tests and experiments;
- Identify and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms;
- Set up user surveys, session recordings and heatmaps and form insights;
- Manage relationships with external partners/agencies;
- Keep up with the digital marketing and website analytics trends and developments to ensure that new ideas and methodologies are known to the team.
