Candidatul Ideal
What are we looking for:
- University graduate in mechanical engineering (Diesel Engines knowledge is a plus).
- Previous working experience in an engineering domain (Diesel Engines, maritime experience is a plus).
- Medium knowledge of engine operation and maintenance.
- Computer skill required : MS word/excel/outlook
- Good English skills (write / speak / read), knowledge of technical language
Key Competences:
- Good technical understanding and overview.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle tasks flexibly and to work under pressure.
- Target, process and quality orientation. Rigor and perseverance.
Descrierea jobului
- Optimization of the Maintenance Plan for Diesel equipment ︁︀︂︃︃︇︂︁︃︁by combining the most relevant approaches - preventive, corrective, condition based, predictive, upgrades.
- Analysis of repetitive equipment failures, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective solutions.
- Forecasting of spare parts requirements, define spare part stock requirements and strategy.
- Assessing and reporting risks and safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment.
- Support the relationship with strategic makers and suppliers.
- Build and coordinate maintenance projects.
- Analyze new maintenance technologies, approaches and determine their efficiency, applicability.
