Design Transfer Engineers
While our client, foreign owned production company, is actively driving industrialization efforts, there are still some gaps in the process. One key missing link is DFM – Design for Manufacturing.
Our client needs two engineers who can take projects from the drawing phase and adapt those designs to meet real production capabilities. In essence, these engineers will serve as the connection between design and production — ensuring alignment in both directions.
One key aspect is metal sheet processing: (bending, embossing, pressing, stamping, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong self-drive and motivation to push things forward
- Solid project management knowledge
- Structured thinking, with the ability to find innovative and practical solutions
- Good understanding of mechanical concepts, drawings, and CAD software (experience with Creo is a plus)
- Must come from a background close to production environments — ideally from roles where designers and production teams collaborate closely
- Familiarity with production processes such as milling, grinding, welding, assembly, and sheet metal processing (bending, embossing, pressing, stamping, etc.) is important
