Project & Engineering Leader

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production engineering within heat exchanger or pressure vessel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ASME, PED, and fabrication codes.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in production planning tools, ERP systems, and CAD/CAM interfaces.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all production engineering activities related to the manufacturing of heat exchangers (shell & tube, plate, air-cooled, etc.).
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and quality using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Collaborate closely with design, quality, procurement, and project management teams to streamline production.
• Oversee training and development of production engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, production yield, downtime, and quality defect rates.
• Evaluate equipment requirements, CAPEX investments, and maintenance strategies to ensure reliable operations.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with HSE policies and local regulations.
