• Category B driving license

• MS Office and MS Project proficiency
• English - intermediate to advanced level

General Description:
The Deputy Manager Construction Project Services supports the operational and strategic coordination of team members working on construction projects.
This role combines recruitment, workforce planning, and field team coordination, ensuring efficient mobilization and delivery of qualified personnel to meet client requirements.
Direct report: Construction Project Services Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for project-specific roles (HSE, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Document Controllers, Planners, etc.)
• Plan and allocate team members based on ongoing and upcoming project needs
• Support mobilization and demobilization processes
• Manage department-related contracts
• Coordinate and monitor performance of field teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements
• Conduct/organize site inspections and audits
• Audit subcontractors for compliance with legal and company standards
• Act as escalation point for operational and personnel issues
• Collaborate with clients to ensure fast and effective resource deployment and problem solving
• Monitor performance and implement corrective and improvement actions
• Support budget tracking and cost optimization
• Prepare regular reports for management on projects, performance, and planning
