Role Overview
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible with updating the internal data base with vehicle information received from partners all around Europe. It ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all commercial and vehicle-related data within the company. This is a specialist role requiring attention to vehicle specifications, financial and contractual precision, and strong system discipline.

Competitive fixed salary based on experience.
Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day).
Development Model at BADSI
This role does not follow a traditional hierarchical promotion path. However, there are two possible development directions:
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and validate detailed vehicle data (engine, trim, options, VIN, mileage, pricing)
- Register and maintain accurate client information in CRM
- Process and verify contracts, invoices, and transaction documentation
- Cross-check pricing structures, margins, and commissions
- Ensure consistency between supplier documents and internal systems
- Maintain structured digital archives
- Identify and correct discrepancies proactively
- Support reporting and operational monitoring
