- Enthusiastic and collaborative
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Nice to have: logistics experience

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a data entry operator. Our headquarters is located in Iași and the job will require you to work from the office.
Please note: to qualify for this position, you’ll need to be willing to work weekdays from 14:00 to 22:30. We know, it’s not the easiest thing to do, but the perks and benefits we offer will more than make up for it. We’ll tell you about them in just a bit ;)

The data entry operator will be part of our accounting department, currently comprised of 3 hard-working key account executives and payroll specialists. What you’ll be doing
- Process data using our internal operations software
- Maintain billing records, expenses, bonuses and generate reports as needed
- Prepare weekly salary for clients
- Ensure all documents are received and validated within the agreed time frame
- Ensure that all revenue accruals are billed/invoiced in a timely and proper manner
- Assist dispatchers with urgent tasks pertaining to freight documentation
- Correct and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Prioritize tasks in accordance with their level of urgency and ensure all deadlines are met
- Participate in safety and accounting training sessions and meetings
- Work well within a team environment and deliver results at high standards
- Come up with ideas and suggestions to improve existing processes
