Data&Document Control Engineer/Technician (f/m/d)

• University – electronics, electromechanics.
• Proven track record in a similar position.
• English – Advanced/Intermediate.
• MS Office Package.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving.
• Project management experience SAP knowledge in this field of expertise.

• Technical support / ECN: Through feasibility and data checks, ensures that we have the right quality information to create a new product or issue an ECN. Processes and coordinates engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Component engineering: Create and manage part numbers, including technical data sheets. Provide technical clarifications to manufacturing, quality control and Customer Success Team.
• Manufacturing data preparation: Configure bills of materials, routes and work instructions in the SAP and MES systems. Also, production data to order stencils, SMT programs, AOI programs etc.
• Process optimization: Processes necessary changes in support of process improvements generated by ME and production from NPI through the product lifecycle.
• PCN and EOL management: Ensure that all product changes or end-of-life notices generated are properly verified and inform the appropriate internal stakeholders using the relevant internal resources.
