Your Profile
You speak German fluently (B2–C1).
You are positive, patient, and solution-oriented.
You communicate clearly and handle clients with empathy and professionalism.
You work well in a team and want to grow your experience in customer service.
You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new tools.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus — but not required! We’ll train you.
Your Main Responsibilities
Be the first contact for customers and provide accurate information and assistance.
Identify customer needs and offer effective, personalized solutions.
Manage inquiries professionally and ensure a high-quality experience for each client.
Follow company procedures and communication standards.

Attractive salary package + monthly performance bonuses
Fixed working schedule: Monday to Friday (10:00–19:00) – rotating weekend schedule with compensatory day off
Full training and continuous support from your team and manager

Office location: Sema Parc, Brussels Building – near Petrache Poenaru metro station, Bucharest
